The cold has arrived, so to speak obviously, but still the temperature has dropped. Except then to see the sirocco wind return again, that of Africa. The beautiful part of my job as a property manager in Puglia is this: between one appointment and another, you can find the time (you must find it) to give your gaze to the sea.
A new holiday home in Punta Prosciutto becomes part of our portfolio. The photos have been taken, the house will be included in our portfolio of properties for rent in Puglia, there will be a lot of home staging and painting work to be done, postponed to the next few weeks. For the holiday home now comes the best part: finding the name to identify it, we already have some ideas … a property located a few steps from the dunes and the sea of Punta Prosciutto.
I have seen properties for the acquisition, some of them are very interesting, they are in line with our acquisition policy. There will be work on others, I don’t say anything for now.

When I am in Porto Cesareo, in the center, I like to stop for a coffee in some very nice places. The Bar Principe, for example: seeing that island, Rabbit Island while sipping that cup of coffee is … fantastic!
The days go by, 2020 is finally behind us. We are confident in the new year, we are gearing up to welcome our guests better and better: the experience accumulated in the management of holiday homes and villas is great and here in the office in Torre Lapillo we are studying and optimizing the processes of managing vacation rentals more and more. In this enchanting corner of Puglia.
A nice thing has happened these days: the interior restyling project of our office has been included in a Homify article 15 photos that will make you fall in love with indigo color. I copy and paste: playing with shapes and volumes allows you to paint the walls with the color you prefer! The combination with white will also give the indigo greater thickness and personality: monochromatic walls are no longer trendy! All this thanks to our partner architect home stager Anna Leone, whose works you can follow them directly on her website.
Another nice thing? Watch the video below.
It is news of these days, very pleasant news: a monk seal has been sighted in the waters of Porto Cesareo. The animal had not returned to our waters for 50 years. The director of the marine protected area: “Extraordinary event. The last sighting dates back to the seventies“. It is fantastic to see that after so many years we can return to see a piece of our nature improve. For information click here.
